Famous beach Banje, providing numerous tourist services, is located in the vicinity, only 80 meters from the house.
The Old Town, with its historical sites and attractions, cultural events, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and island of Lokrum are at hand.

	Apartment East (2+2) *** An apartment, 44 m2, accommodating 2+2 persons, consists of: 1 double room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, bathroom and balcony which provides a view of the Old Town and sea through the pine trees.
	Studio apartment West (2) *** Studio apartment, 32 m2, accommodating 2 persons, consists of: 1 double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a view on the Old Town and the sea. Apartment has AC and a satellite TV. The kitchenette has fridge and a hob.
	Rooms *** One twin and one double are comfortable, both with ensuite bathroom facilities.

Apartments’ and rooms’ amenities: broadband wireless internet connection, hairdryers, an iron, ironing board, towels, bed linen and beach towels.
For families with older children, we recommend apartment or a studio apartment for Mom and Dad, and the adjacent separate twin room for children.

those with mobility difficulties should be aware of the fact that there are steps leading to the house (front and back).
